Warranty Policy

Peace of mind should extend long after your 30-day return window closes. If you need to return an item shortly after purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges policy. However, if you have owned your item longer, many products remain protected under our manufacturer warranty.


What does the Ever & Ever Baby warranty cover?

The Ever & Ever Baby 1-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and proper maintenance for all products sold under our in-house brands. This warranty extends only to items purchased directly from us, and the coverage period begins on the original date of purchase.

To maintain your warranty coverage, products must be used and maintained in compliance with their operating instructions and intended design. This Limited Warranty does not cover Products that are modified in any way or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended design and intended use.

This limited warranty ensures that your baby essentials are free from structural and manufacturing defects under normal household use.

Remedy Determination: Under this Limited Warranty, Ever & Ever Baby retains the sole and absolute right, in partnership with the respective manufacturer where applicable, to determine the appropriate remedy for any approved claim.

What exclusions apply to the warranty?

Our limited warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, misuse, failure to properly maintain, improper assembly, teething damage, or unauthorized modifications. Claims must be made by the original purchaser or recipient, and the warranty voids if the product is altered from its intended design.

Please note that the following specific scenarios are excluded from our manufacturer warranty:

  • External environmental factors (e.g., sun fading, temperature, humidity, pollution).
  • Cosmetic wear through appropriate use (scratches, chipped paint, discoloration, staining, shedding).
  • Teething damage.
  • Accidents, mishaps, or overloading the product beyond its weight limit.
  • Loss of the product or specific product parts.
  • Unauthorized use, modifications, or alterations.
  • Repairs carried out without Ever & Ever Baby’s express written permission.
  • Use inconsistent with the product’s intended design and intended use.
  • Claims made by anyone other than the first purchaser or original recipient (if gifted).
  • Orders with chargebacks (unless the chargeback has been withdrawn or voided).

How do I file a warranty claim?

To start the warranty claim process, email reachus@everandeverbaby.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  • A clear photo of the product box and/or warranty card

Our Customer Support Team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

What are the warranty remedies and limitations?

Approved claims may result in one or more of the following remedies, determined at our sole and absolute discretion:

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair advice
  • Voucher support toward repair
  • Full product replacement (same or equivalent model)

If a full product replacement is issued, the original warranty becomes void. Replacement parts do not extend or reset the original warranty period.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the original product, adhering to consumer protection standards outlined by the Federal Trade Commission. We are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost time, inconvenience, incidental costs, or consequential damages.


How does warranty coverage work for third-party brands?

Warranty coverage for third-party brands sold on Ever & Ever Baby varies by the specific manufacturer. Ever & Ever Baby does not act as the direct warrantor for these items. However, our support team will actively assist in connecting you with the brand’s customer service team to help facilitate resolution.
