After your 30-day return window, many items may still be protected under a manufacturer’s warranty. This document outlines the terms, conditions, and exclusions of our Limited Warranty.
Ever & Ever Brands — 1-Year Limited Warranty
A 1-year limited warranty covers products sold under Ever & Ever’s in-house brands.
Warranty Eligibility
This Limited Warranty extends to products purchased directly from Ever & Ever Baby. This Limited Warranty does not cover your Products if you modify the Products in any way or use the Products in a manner inconsistent with the intended design and intended use.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Your Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects, under normal use, and in compliance with the operating instructions. Under the Limited Warranty, Ever & Ever Baby has the sole and absolute right to determine the appropriate remedy in partnership with the respective manufacturer.
Remedies could include:
- Providing replacement parts
- Repair Advise
- Voucher support for repair
- In rare cases, replacing the product with the same or equivalent version
In the event of a replacement, the warranty will become void.
Exclusions from Limited Warranty Coverage
Please note that the following are excluded from coverage under the Limited Warranty:
- Misuse of or failure to properly maintain the Products.
- Improper assembly of the Product.
- External factors like sun/light, temperature, humidity, environmental pollution, etc.
- Cosmetic wear and tear through appropriate use (e.g. scratches, chipped paint, discoloration, staining, shedding, etc.).
- Teething.
- Accidents/mishaps, including if the Product has been overloaded.
- Loss of Product or Product parts.
- Unauthorized use or modification.
- Repairs or modifications carried out without Ever & Ever Baby’s express permission.
- Claims made other than by the first purchaser or recipient of the Products.
- Orders with chargebacks, unless the chargeback has been voided or withdrawn.
Third-Party Brands
Warranty coverage for third-party brands may vary. Ever & Ever Baby is not the warranty for these products and will help connect you directly with the manufacturer’s support team.
Proof of Purchase Requirement
All warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation). Warranty period begins on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Remedies
Depending on the situation, warranty coverage may include:
- Replacement parts
- Product repair
- Full product replacement (at Ever & Ever Baby’s discretion)
- Refund or store credit if a suitable replacement is unavailable
Limitations of Liability
Ever & Ever Baby’s liability is limited to the cost of the original product. We are not responsible for any indirect damages, such as lost time, inconvenience, or incidental costs.

- Order number
- Details of the concern
- Clear photos/video of the product and defect (if applicable)
- Clear photo of the box /warranty card
