Orders, Quantities & Dealer Restrictions

To maintain fairness and avoid misuse, Ever & Ever reserves the right to limit quantities per order, household, or customer. These limits may apply to accounts, payment methods, shipping/billing addresses, or suspected resellers.

Order Submission & Acceptance

When you place an order, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and all relevant store policies. Your card will only be charged once your order is verified, payment is approved, and the item(s) enter the shipping process.

Orders may be declined at our discretion, including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing discrepancies. If your order is declined, you will be promptly informed and refunded where applicable.

Shipping, Delivery & Returns

If you’ve placed a Direct Home Furniture Delivery order within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, a dedicated representative from Ever & Ever will contact you within three (3) business days to confirm delivery timelines.

If the item is in stock, expect delivery to your local distribution center within 2–6 weeks. Our delivery team will coordinate a 4-hour delivery window with you. Please note that missing a scheduled delivery or requiring a reschedule may incur additional fees.

Important: Due to the nature and scale of shipping furniture, returns are not accepted unless damage is documented at the time of delivery and approved for credit or replacement. Please inspect your delivery thoroughly before signing.
