Q: What is your return policy?
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition with all parts, packaging, and accessories.
Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Furniture Sets
- Personalized Items
- Mattresses and Bedding
- Sale/markdown items or items purchased with a coupon code
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Furniture Returns: The customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Furniture returns also incur a 30% restocking fee.
Non-Furniture Returns: A prepaid label will be provided, and a $10.99 postage fee per label will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting your return.
