Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories or to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $49 or more (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $49 ship at a flat rate of $6.99.
Q: Which carriers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Furniture and large box items take about 2 weeks to accommodate specialized handling.
Q: How long does delivery take?
On average, delivery takes 3–7 days, depending on warehouse location, carrier reach, and destination. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary by item or location.
Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 20 minutes of placement, to ensure you have time to make a quick change or cancel something ordered by mistake. After that, please email reachus@everandeverbaby.com as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, a shipping and/or cancellation fee may apply.
Delivery & Order Best Practices
Q: How do I make sure my order arrives without delays?
Double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout. Once placed, changes may not be possible. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional fees.
Q: How can I track my order?
A tracking number is shared when your order ships. We recommend signing up for carrier alerts and tracking updates.
Q: What if I won’t be home at delivery?
You can contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) directly and request that your package be held at the nearest facility for pickup.
Q: What if my area has package theft issues?
We recommend requesting a hold for pickup with the carrier for maximum security.
Delivery Inspection & Reporting
Q: What should I do when my order arrives?
Count all items and check boxes before signing for delivery. Open and assemble products within 48 hours.
Q: What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, as required by carrier policy. We cannot process claims for damages, defects, or missing merchandise after this window.
Q: What if my tracking shows “Delivered” but I don’t have my package?
Report it to our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. We’ll investigate with the carrier and use any available protection insurance.
⚠️ Please note: Our warranty does not cover theft or loss once the carrier has marked the package as delivered.
